Simply Christian Organization, is STRONGLY COMMITTED to protecting the privacy of its members. Our policy is to keep any personal information received during the sign up process completely confidential and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties.

By accessing or using either the SimplyChristian.org (or .com or OnlineSundaySchool.org (or .com) web sites, you agree to the terms of Simply Christian's Online Privacy Policy, as outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use either of these sites. Simply Christian® reserves the right to change the Online Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of this site will be subject to the most current version of the Online Privacy Policy at the time of such use.

Cookies
When you visit SimplyChristian.org or OnlineSundaySchool.org you can surf the site anonymously and access information about our services without revealing your identity. In order to improve our site, we may use "cookies" to track your visit. A cookie is small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your identification card, recording your passwords, registrations, and preferences. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. While Simply Christian® may use cookies to track your visit to our site, our Web servers automatically log the IP/Internet address of your computer, this information does not identify you personally and you remain anonymous unless you have otherwise provided us with personal information.

Children's Privacy:
Simply Christian's Online Sunday School:

-Does not nor will NOT knowingly collect online contact information from a user under 14 without prior verifiable parental consent or direct parental notification of the nature and intended use of this information, which shall include an opportunity for the parent to prevent use of the information and participation in the activity.

Where prior verifiable parental consent is not obtained, online contact information shall only be used to directly respond to a users support question or email generated from the Teacher's area. A user's request (such as an email message to Simply Christian) SHALL NOT be used to re-contact the user for other purposes.

Note: The Weekly Quiz and Concentration games do give the option to a child to enter their initials or first name in order to present the results of the game or show the best scores, etc... Entering this information is completely optional. These game-result-initials are removed and deleted from the site on a regular basis, not kept, nor used for any other purpose except to show game results. If Simply Christian becomes aware of any full name which has been entered as part of these games, we will immediately remove the name from the site.

- Does not nor will NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable offline contact information from user under 14 without prior verifiable parental consent.

- Does not nor will NOT knowingly distribute to third parties any personally identifiable information collected from a user under 14 without prior verifiable parental consent. Since no data is collected, none will be distributed.

- Does not nor will NOT knowingly give the ability to any user under 14 to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information without prior verifiable parental consent, and will make best efforts to prohibit a child from posting any contact information.

- Does not nor will NOT knowingly entice any user under 14 by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, to divulge more information than game-result-initials, which are optional (see above) is needed to participate in such activity. Currently no game requires any information nor requests any information other than the optional game-result-initials.

Collection, use and protection of personal information

Any personal information provided by an authorized person on behalf of their church or family in connection with "signing up" to make the Online Sunday School available is classified as Registration Information. Registration Information is protected. Your Registration Information resides on a secure server that only selected Simply Christian personnel, contractors, and our hosting provider have access to via password.
