Simply Christian® becomes an official ministry of Dutilh United Methodist Church
Tuesday May 4, 5:45 pm ET

CRANBERRY TWP.—May 4, 2004— Simply Christian® has teamed up with Dutilh United Methodist Church of Cranberry Township Pennsylvania to become an official ministry of Dutilh UMC.  "The Churches is an exciting and important Christian educational resource providing a very positive website for children and their families.  I am honored to say that the Church Council of Dutilh United Methodist Church during its April 2004 meeting unanimously approved the addition of Simply Christian's Churches as one of its official ministries.", says Jerry Krugh, Chairman of Dutilh UMC Church Council. "

Simply Christian co-founder and Executive Director Marianne C. Ferrans added, "Dutilh's desire to see this ministry grow and help in any way possible has allowed Simply Christian to reach a major milestone!  Receiving the full support of Dutilh's Church Council is a wonderful blessing to the ministry.  We are strengthened by the Council's encouragement and willingness to assist Simply Christian in our mission of 'Connecting the Next Generation with the Word of God'.  As a ministry of Dutilh UMC, Simply Christian will be able to pursue specific grants and launch our first annual fund development campaign which will enable the ministry to continue to grow and serve more children and churches."
